From the Day I forgave everyone including myself and surrendered, things started to change for me.
I felt more calm and started to listen. 755
There were messages everywhere…..
Movies, music, numbers and things I was listening to and watching on YouTube.
When I was going through the meditations
It seemed as though when I had completed one, another one that I needed would appear and I would move on.
Whenever I feel I need one of them I still go back and listen nightly.
Right now for the most part I am listening to frequency healing every night.……..
( I'll get into that at a later date )
With all the messages I have been receiving I have used them as a guide for me moving forward through my life on a much deeper, spiritual and happier level.
Choosing to Love Myself and putting my own needs first has been the one thing I have done for myself. I am moving forward and it has been the best recovery from the Deep Dark hole I was in.
When I say Deep and Dark……..
Spending days on end by myself in a basement.
Not being able to function mentally or physically.
I was unable to keep up with daily tasks.
I didn't know what it was like to really smile and feel good for no reason.
Wanting to drive into a wall or pop a bunch of pills just to end and stop the feelings in my body and thoughts that were constantly inside my head.
Those days are gone Now 🥰
I still have triggers occasionally but they are much easier to navigate and understand, cope and know why they are happening.
In the beginning of my journey I started
asking for guidance while I stood outside under the stars and moonlight.

In addition to that I started recording times for when things happened or when things were said.
I was Journaling and writing things down.

I called the very next day.
I didn't need to search and compare, Rob and I connected quickly and are still working together to this day. He has been an amazing god sent and goes above and beyond to help me accomplish what I need done.

I did make a purchase at the event where I can choose an opportunity in the future when I am ready. 🥰
